*NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY*

Our return policy for ReStore Online allows for order cancellations during the 7 day pick-up window. If the item is not to your satisfaction upon inspection, we can offer a store credit for any item of less or equal value. When submitting a return please email us at

info@dallas-habitat.org with your order number and pictures of damage to item. 

ALL ITEMS ARE DONATED, the condition of an item can be found in the description. 

Tested items will be labeled as Tested in the description. Tested items returned in an unsatisfactory condition are not eligible for return. 

Shipping 

Our store hours are Monday - Saturday 9AM-6PM, Sunday 11AM-6AM, if an item is ordered within that time frame, it is shipped day of. Orders placed after store hours may take 1-2 days to ship. A tracking number and update is emailed once the order is shipped. 

*Dallas Habitat ReStore is Not Responsible for Any Damage caused to the product during shipping. 

*Refunds will only be issued after the item is received in its original condition. Restocking fees may apply.
