What is your Refund Policy?

Refunds are issued for items that are damaged, defective, does not match the description, or never arrived. To begin a refund, within 10 Days of your product being delivered, please email us and tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Instead of returning items if possible, you can donate your product or recycle it.  

Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.

Items you simply “do not like”, ordered by mistake, or that are in perfect working order are not eligible for a refund  

Why does delivery take so long?

We work with multiple suppliers to find the best products at the best price for our customers. Items come in and out of stock regularly, meaning some orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Being a local non-profit our supply chain can’t compete on scale with the larger e-commerce platforms. We appreciate your support, patience, and using your spending power to help provide affordable housing.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After an order has been fulfilled by our team, it can not be canceled.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, then please contact us.

I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

We work with multiple partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.
